The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, where the enquiry serves the initiation or performance of a contract, as well as Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for general business enquiries. The data is stored only for as long as is necessary to process the enquiry or as required by statutory retention obligations.

When using WhatsApp, you leave this website and communicate via a service provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited or the Meta group of companies. WhatsApp may process personal data, in particular communication data and metadata. Please refer to WhatsApp's data protection information.

5. Contact form via Web3Forms

The contact form on this website is processed via the external service Web3Forms (provider: Web3Forms). The data entered in the form is processed for the technical transmission of the enquiry to us. This may include the form content entered and technical connection data.

We use Web3Forms exclusively to receive and forward contact enquiries. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If Web3Forms or an email service used processes data outside the European Economic Area, this may be carried out on the basis of appropriate safeguards within the meaning of the GDPR.
